Cascara Berry Green Ink
Who would suspect the purple-black berries of wild Cascara Sagrada could yield such a rich green? Buckthorns are known for their dye-rich berries (and also dye-rich bark), so it was natural for us to try it out as an ink. We’re glad we did. This is a Westwood Color favorite that looks great alone and jives well with many other inks.
We’ll try to stock this regularly, but the berries only appear for a short time in late summer.
